7th Sept - Taiping & Ipoh

0900 At loke fook moon at Ipoh for dim sum, since I missed the dumlpings with full prawns inside ... yummy ...

1030 Arrived at Taiping, refueled ... then went to the foot of Bukit Larut

1100 At the zoo since the timing to go up bukit larut is not so good ... too long up there ... so we toured the zoo again ... but this time, there seemed to be more animals & new displays, took a lot more pictures ... so it was worth it ... ...

1300 Makan time at Yat Sun (jalan pasar) ... me had my fav roti sayur ... and the carnivores had the chicken chop, Hainanese style ... both chiu pai of the shop

1400 Had a refresher red bean drink at Restoran Kacang Merah .... icy cold red bean ice blended ... ahhhh

1430 Left Taiping ... onwards to Penang .... bye bye Taiping ...
