Management - Episode II - A new beginning

It's a new leaf in my career as I started something new, I hired a person & she started working under me.

Well, I have recruited many people before, even more Marcus Evans, but for this time, the recruitment is for myself and I stand to be responsible for whatever that happens in this step.

Though it's quite harsh comparing with AIESEC, when I did recruitment, but the cards played are quite different ...

> Heavier & more severe risks ... it gets marked in my report, so while returns are high, so are the costs in this stake

> I have more aces in the sense that I have money as a main card, extra to other sub aces which I have a long time ago with AIESEC & gained some skills to survive with only that.

> Get more mature & materialistic people (oh, I fail fluffy people who are NOT motivated by growth, power & money ... cause they are categorized as 'attitude' cases)

So, we shall see ... Vynnie has been quite independent (so far), so looking to see how she turns out.
